Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests staying at or using the services of Ramee Hotels and Resorts (“the Hotel”). By making a reservation or using the Hotel’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and ensure that you understand them before making a reservation.
Reservations can be made through the Ramee Hotels and Resorts website, over the phone, or via email. All reservations are subject to availability.
When making a reservation, you must provide your full name, contact details, and payment information. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email or letter from the Hotel.
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations at its discretion,including, but not limited to, instances of suspected fraudulent activity, errors in pricing, or bookings made under false pretenses.
Rates and Payments
All rates are quoted in the local currency or US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Rates are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.
Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Hotel. The Hotel accepts major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments in the local currency.
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge your credit card for the full amount of your reservation prior to your arrival.
The hotel accepts the payment through its official websites, and/ or debit card or credit card or in cash. The hotel shall not be at any point in time accept the advance payment through any other mode such as UPI/ digital currency/ reward point / gift voucher or gift card etc.
For bulk or corporate booking, payment shall be made directly into the hotel bank account shared with you via email by the authorized person (General Manager or Marketing/ Sales or Accounting Dept. Only) of the hotel.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. This clause is subject to change with notice.
- Upon check-in, you must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the reservation. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse entry to guests who cannot provide adequate identification as per local laws.
- All guests are required to register upon arrival. Unregistered persons are not permitted in guest rooms.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Cancellations must be made in accordance with the Hotel’s cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- In the event of a no-show or early departure, the Hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation, including any applicable taxes and fees.
- Guests are expected to behave in a responsible and respectful manner towards other guests, Hotel staff, and Hotel property. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse service, evict, or take legal action against any guest who engages in disruptive, offensive, or unlawful behavior.
- Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Hotel, including guest rooms. Designated smoking areas are available outside the Hotel.
- Pets are not allowed in the Hotel, with the exception of registered service animals.
- The Hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by guests or their property during their stay, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Hotel.
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel’s property during their stay and will be charged for any necessary repairs or replacements.
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
- No waiver of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
- The headings in these Terms and Conditions are for reference purposes only and do not affect the interpretation or construction of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where the Hotel is located. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country where the Hotel is located.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
Ramee Hotels and Resorts reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Hotel’s website or otherwise notifying guests. Your continued use of the Hotel’s services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such failure is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, or any other events of a similar nature.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the Hotel’s website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ramee Hotels and Resorts or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
